How do I install a Opteka fish eye/wide angle lens on a Canon EOS XI?
I just received the Opteka lens as a gift. I have only had my Canon EOS XI for a few months but I am looking forward to trying out the lens. The thing is, I can not get the lens to screw on and I cannot find any info online.
The lens came with adaptor rings. I placed the opteka lens on my existing lens with the adaptor ring, the camera would not focus. Is there an additional adaptor kit I need to purchase?
You need an adaptor to fit the filter mount on your lens.
The fisheye lens should say on the box what size it fits and your camera lens should say on it (or in the manual) what size filter it takes.
