what is the difference between the two Opteka's fisheyes? are they any good?

I'm thinking about buying One of those:
Opteka HD² 0.20X Professional Super AF Fisheye

Does anyone know the difference between the two?
Any experience with them? I don't want to spend a lot of money on those fisheyes..
They are hardly better than an ice cube.
When it comes to a lens, you get what you pay for. Get a real fisheye lens (and yes, they're not cheap at all), or you will be pretty disappointed with these.
