Compare Nikon D40, Canon Rebel, or Sony A300. Which is better for you?
I have noticed that there has been quite a rivalry between Nikon, Canon, and Sony. I trust all three brands but want to know which has the best camera out of the three.
While it is more important to worry about who is taking the pictures instead of the camera itself I want to make sure that i am finding a good quality camera that can take good concert, outdoor, and children shots while also being able to do good senior picture type shots. This could possible be more of a lens question but, to you, what takes better pictures and is the easiest to use?
All the three come close. It depends on which is more comfortable and easier for you to use. Better pictures are made by people behind the camera and not by the camera on its own.
I would have opted for Nikon D40 since I love Nikkor optics and D40 has decent performance.
