35mm lens adapter on a Sony HVR-HD1000?
I want to buy the JAG35ST for my Sony HVR-HD1000. But, I don't know if it's worth it -- has anyone ever used one of these with this kind of camera?

I was looking at the Student one -- but wasn't sure if the Vibrating one would be worth the extra money.
its ok if you don't mind shooting with your camera upside-down. i suggest you get a Letus as they have a prism to keep the image "upright". For my money, a Cokin #060 or #61 filter will do the same effect of selective focus at a lot less than $100. Cokin has a complete range of filters to get cinematic effects, i like using the diffusion and the polarized especially.
