would you buy a Kodak EasyShare C913,Canon PowerShot A590IS or a FUJIFILM FinePix S700?
Which one and why would you buy it?
How do I know if a camera is SLR? Is any of the one I chose SLR?
they all cost around 99.99bucks. I am a beginner with photography and I would like to take beautyful pictures for foto contest, for fun and since i am interested in graphic design I thought that it might help. So what is a good camera that you would suggest me to buy? Are the camera above too advance for beginners?

I highly dislike Kodak camera's so I say no to that one.
Both the Canon and Fugi are good cameras. For you I would say the Fugi. It will give you better results and an easier transition when you go to a real SLR.
No none of the ones you have chosen are SLR. I would suggest reading up on SLR cameras if you want to go into photography. The easiest way to tell (not always true but its a good indicator) is if you can hear the mirror click. If you cant then it probably doesn't have a true mirror.
A lot of your beautifying will come in post production, another talent you have to obtain in photography. Don't get me wrong, you have to have a good picture to start with but if you want it to be truly amazing you need to work on it during post.
None of these are too advanced. For me I waited and saved to but my first camera and i started on film. Not something you need to do but its nice knowledge to have. I also saved and purchased SLR cameras from Nikon. I would personally wait and purchase something better but it all depends on how far you want to take this. Many places will let you either rent or you can start by shooting film and pick up a fine camera from good will. Both Cannon and Nikon have good cameras, personally I like Nikon better but for the most part its what you get used to and what feels good in your hand. Another thing you should look at when buying cameras. If you don't like the feel of it, its not worth it. You'll tend not to carry it as much and get weaker pictures. Sounds dumb but it's true.
