i have a canon 500d body and it say sensor 1.6 and if me got a lens say 70-200mm it will be 112-320 mm is that right ? what about if i got an extender 1.4x does that mean 156-448? does that seems bad to how fast the focus gonna be and the light? the lens is 70-200 L F/4 is

Yes, your numvber are all correct.
The Canon 1.4 extender is generally considered pretty good on the L telephotos like the 70-200 F4. Much better than the 2.0 extender for sure.
The comment about losing speed is pretty important, depending on what you will shoot with this. Also, remember the rule of thumb for hand-holding a shot - shutter speed of at least 1/focal length X crop factor. In your case, fully extended at 448, you need to be shooting with a shutter of at least 1/500 - something easy to get on sunny days, a little more difficult at other times. You'll need to be prepared to bump your ISO a bit if you are shooting sports, for example, and I would definitely encourage a monopod if you are doing that.
