Would this tele-converter work with my sigma 70-300mm DG macro?
Hello, i have a sony a200 with a sigma 70-300mm DG macro and i was wondering if this sigma 2x APO EX teleconverter for sony would work?

Yes, it'll work but I don't recommend it.
The Sigma 70-300 DG Macro is a soft lens especially on the longer side and not too fast either. Adding a 2x converter will further slow is down and degrade the image quality. Save money and buy a longer lens at a later date instead.
